Custom Bags by Shannon stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a pre-made product, please contact us by email at info@custombagsbyshannon.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please include your order number and the reason for return or exchange in your email. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and for the refund to be issued.

Shipping
Please allow 2 weeks from the date of your order for your item to be shipped. Custom orders may have an extended production time which will be discussed at the time of placing your order. Standard shipping is sent via USPS. UPS 2nd day air is available for an additional charge.
